1. About HumanOS

This website and all related content is operated by HumanOS ("the Company"). By accessing humanosdesign.com and purchasing any service or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to written materials, reports, session frameworks, graphics, videos, tools, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of HumanOS and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or publicly share any HumanOS content without express written permission from the Company.

Any reports, materials, or documents created specifically for you remain the intellectual property of HumanOS. You may use them for personal reference only.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

All content, sessions, reports, and materials provided by HumanOS are for educational and personal development purposes only. Nothing provided by HumanOS constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Human Design and Gene Keys are self-exploration frameworks. HumanOS makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, income, or success. Any decisions made based on content or sessions provided are your sole responsibility.

Under no circumstances shall HumanOS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any services provided.

4. Payments

You agree to provide a valid payment method and are responsible for all fees incurred at the time of booking. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All sales are final once delivered. Please see Section 5 for our full cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling sessions must be done through Calendly. Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before your scheduled session and must also be done through Calendly. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are not permitted within 24 hours of your session.

In the case of a genuine emergency, clients must notify HumanOS as soon as possible before the scheduled session by emailing hello@humanosdesign.com. Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Requests made within the 24hr window will not be accommodated unless an exception is granted at the sole discretion of HumanOS.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a forfeit of that session. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be offered in this circumstance.

Due to the personalised nature of written reports and completed sessions, these are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a concern about your session or report, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work toward a reasonable resolution at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

HumanOS is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms or providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, Google Suite or any other service used in connection with your booking or payment. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with that provider.

7. Privacy

HumanOS will not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law. By using this site and purchasing services, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, reminders, and relevant communications by email. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HumanOS and its representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of this site or its services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
